For founders

An accountability system for founders who keep restarting.

Founders rarely lack ambition; they lack a daily routine that survives fires, calls and travel. HeroMode turns one business goal into one or two provable quests a day, and gives you a short comeback mission when a day gets eaten, so the pitch, the launch or the invoice still moves forward this week.

The founder version of the restart problem

A founder’s plan meets reality by 10am: a customer issue, an investor call, a hire. The important-but-not-urgent work, like sales outreach, product decisions and the hard email, is what gets pushed. A week later you plan to ‘really focus’ on Monday. That loop is restart culture, and it is common among people with the most freedom over their time.

When a day gets eaten

You don’t lose a streak. The next time you open HeroMode you get a comeback mission: one small action, such as ‘write the first line of the proposal’, designed to take minutes. Logging the miss honestly counts in your favour.

A five-minute daily review

End each day with three lines: what moved, what blocked it, and tomorrow’s first quest. It takes five minutes and makes the next morning’s start obvious.

A small example
Moved: sent proposal to Acme. Blocked: hiring call ran long. Tomorrow’s first quest: follow up with two warm leads before opening Slack.

The 14-Day Founder Comeback

HeroMode’s founding cohort is built for founders, agency owners, creators and freelancers: one meaningful business action a day for fourteen days, in squads of four to seven grouped by time zone, with a Hero Report at the end. It is free and application-only. Start dates are confirmed to applicants first.

Keep business details private

Proof is private by default. Use short descriptions rather than confidential details, and share only what you choose with your squad.
